For the starter, I chose the homemade porchetta, served with its sauce and toasted focaccia, incredibly flavorful and well-balanced. The main course was little squares of thin pasta filled with smoked scamorza cheese, served with a saffron sauce, delicate, rich, and delicious. And to finish, the pistachio mousse was light, fragrant, and just sweet enough. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
